I Blocked them...no message left......they don't know me so why answer.

A woman caller, with lots of background noise, asked me if I am pro-life, pro-choice or ?  She asked for a donation of $75 to $100, She claimed to be from Pro-Life Committee, which I looked up while she was on the phone.  She kept asking about a donation, and I finally said, "I am looking at an article in front of me that says this is a scam organization."  She said, "No, no..." and then started a recording that explains what their organization is.  I hung up and will block this number.

If this indeed was a legitimate fund-raising call, I think they are legally allowed to call even if we are on the Do Not Call list.  However, I make it a point to donate only to organizations with which I am familiar, and never to someone who calls.

Caller I.D. just says Auburn WA. They've been calling daily, and I finally picked up. Really annoying anti-choice scammers trying to steal my money. Hung up when I told them I was pro-choice.

Abusive and bullying caller. Demanding personal information.

got called by this # today.  did not answer.  no voice mail was left.  caller id = ProLife.

Woman asked if there was a lady available and when I said no that she doesn't live here then proceeded to ask if I was over 18, which is when I then hung up. I bet it was anti abortion people because during the last school year there were many anti abortionist outside of my local high school. Sorry to say I can't help them because I'm pro choice :)

should be a law against these phone calls from organizations that are politically motivated.  tired of this bull-crap

I called the number back. The reocrding said all teh agents were busy but gave me the option to press "2" to be removed from the calling list. I did; we'll see if it works.

Doesn't do any good to use THEIR "take me off ... list".
Also, it's best to never call a number back unless you recognize it.
If anyone calls - personal, business, charity, etc. - that is legit, they should leave a message. If they don't, don't waste your time. And if you are calling a scammer you are just causing yourself more trouble.
I just block the numbers or, if I need to, the entire area code.

Disorganized call - semi robot, Pro Life.  Annoying
