this is a Scammer (Sabastian Brown) pretending to be an IRS agent (he sounds convincing but poor English and use of words) do not respond ...He will say in his prerecorded message (hint) that you and your assets are under investigation for tax evasion ....and you must call him back at your earliest convenience....he wants your money and has used many different phone numbers and many different schemes to get it..... IRS uses certified mail from the USPS to contact you ...and they do do not  make threatening calls like this.....the internet is good for searching out schemes and scammers--- SO USE IT

I just got a robo call from "Sgt. Sebastian Brown" saying the same thing. IRS, tax evasion, assets under investigation, etc.

Received a second call from 253-292-3977 (Imposter -Sargent Sabastian Brown from the Internal Revenue Service) today ... A different recorded message and a different voice but the same name (hint)  ...much clearer this time ...this recorded message (hint) was an arrest warrant was issued in my name ( but he must not know my name because he never used it -hint) .... Don't know the number he called from but his call back number was 253-292-3977............... These type of scams with different names and different numbers have been going on since last year ....There must be enough victims out there to keep them going I guess.... The FBI needs to take a role in prosecuting these callers ... In today's high tech world it shouldn't be too hard to follow their trail  and return the money lost by unsuspecting victims...do your part  go to www.fbi.gov and get the number for your local FBI office.

Same type of calls 2-3 times a day, IRS lawsuit pending, arrest warranty. Tired of it gave them a call, Sebastian answered asked my name and I told him he should know me by my # as they call daily, he hung up.. called back.. he hung up. Called again and their phone system blocked my number. decided to give them a taste of repeated calls... lady from with indian accent answered IRS, again she hung up and after a couple more calls, cells would not be taken.. What a scam!!

This number is a fraud.  They called me saying the same thing. I called the IRS and they said to call 1800 366 4484 and report this number.

Taped message from "THE IRS", yeah right, saying my assets have been frozen and I am immediately to return this call.  I did not and will not.

Called Sgt. Brown back...he answered....I told him I was with the Highway Patrol, he quickly hung up on me.

Cool about him calling a highway patrolman back. Hope they catch this a hole.

A robotic voice said there's an arrest warrant for me for tax evasion and asked me to call back. Some in our community have fallen for this and read their debit/credit card numbers over the phone. After each one, caller will say that number was no good and request another one.  Major SCAM.
