Received a call on my cell as well. The guy asked for me by my maiden name, which changed 5 years ago. Would not disclose what he was calling about, and I would not confirm Identity, then the gentleman hung up on me. He said he was from ALS Action services, which when googled, I cannot find that a company  such as this even exists... odd.

ALS Action Service(s) = zombie debt collector.  they made the mistake of trying to collect a debt from me owed (from 1991) from a different individual in my city with the same name.  I sic'ed the Washington State attorney general on them for harassment!

Guy called and wouldn't say who he was with my wanted me to verify personal information. When I asked what the call was regarding he just said "it was a personal business matter" and that I needed to verify some personal information with him before he could release why he was calling. He got mad when I told him I wouldn't verify any information until I knew who he was and what he was calling in regards of. I told him there's too many scams going around for me to give any information out over the phone and he got irate with me. He said "you mean to tell me you won't verify who you are?" I told him I wouldn't until I knew why he was calling and after repeating this conversation multiple times I hung up. Pretty sure it's a scam. The only reason I answered was because my cat is missing and i was hoping it was going to be a vet saying her microchip had been scanned.

I have received 3 calls from this number and they claim they wanted to know if I was willing to sell my home. I told them no and then asked me if I owned other properties that I would be willing to sell to them. Again I said no.
