Lower interest on credit cards..They called from 407-358-9999 (Florida) also..Spoke to a man and told him I wanted the calls to stop as they had already called 4 times with the same message. His reply was 5, 6, 7 times and we will continue to call..

If your phone allows you to, assign a no-ring dialtone to this number (and every other number they call from). It won't stop the calls but it may lessen the irritation. Else you can try blasting them with a whistle, air horn or screaming smoke alarm.

Comcast really should add more than 12 numbers we can block. Like 12 is great, but my cell phone can block unlimited numbers will the Call Control App.

"Lower Interest" called from this number today and at least 4 times a week. I told them to stop calling in not very nice terms. The lady said since I wasn't being nice she was not going to take my name off list.

I just got a phone call from them too, saw it on my caller id.  When I picked up, no one said anything.  I received such calls from at least 2 other phone numbers recently.  The first time I almost got scammed, but called my credit card company, thinking it was them.  The rep. said that if they offered to lower my interest rate, they would contact me by mail - hopefully, people know this by now.  I'm going to keep a list of such numbers and see if my phone company will block the calls.

The same old recording "This is Rachel at Card Services..." They've been trying this scam for years now, I'm surprised it keeps going. I reported them like I always do when they try it again from a new number. So tiresome. I suppose they don't stop because some people fall for the scam.

I just received a call from them( I asked who are you with? He said Card Services for Visa and Mastercard.) I told the guy I only deal with my bank and do not give out my credit card numbers over the phone and to stop calling, he just hung up. I think I will have a little fun with them next time:)

Tell them that you just finished tracing their call and that someone will be ther to execute them shortly. Press 6 for English, 1 for Spanish and 0 for Idiot.

Ask that my number be removed and was told to stay in debt and she dang up.

this@#$^#$ idiot # called twice in May - left us alone in June, but started up with 2 call in July and 2 calls in Aug. & now this is the 2nd call in Sept. We pick up the phone & immediately slam it down, but apparently the @#$%^^# idiots don't know when to stop.We think we will get a shrill whistle and start blowing it in their @#$$%# ears. Wish us luck.

It's the same old State of Washington telemarketing scam that calls me often.  

I thank JD at the top of this page for the links to report these scammers but the State of Washington will only accept complaints from Washington residents.  I'm in Arizona.

By the way, this call told me to hurry up and find out if I qualify for a lower interest rate on my mortgage.  I have no mortgage.

PLEASE do not call me I have no credit cards also at 7 25 am is very rude. I am still asleep and hate to be awaken sense I don't sleep very well.  I am an 65 years old and never will charge anything so I will never  need to lower any interests on anything. PLEASE do NOT call ME again. And at 7 25 am is just stupid.

I did not answer this call and do not intend to do so at any time in the future.  Caller ID says Tacoma, WA.
