    definitely a scam of some sort. left a voicemail said the IRS is suing me. a quick search online shows this scam has been going on for a couple years. the IRS would not contact you like this if there was a problem with your taxes

    i too am getting call from this number saying it's the IRS suing me. i called back am a person answers IRS i ask what this is about and they hang up. IRS would not call like this any ways. SCAM
