Received a call March 29, 2012.  6:40. No explanation.

I recieved a call from this number on March 29,2012 at 6:29; they hung up, no message.

Got a call from this number today 7hours ago in Chicago. Didn't answer, since I didn't recognize the number and they didn't leave a voicemail. Seems it wasn't important.....good thing I didn't answer then.

Left a message to "remind" me about my free boarding passes.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Called today (June 27, 2013) @ 12:28 P.M.; turned my answering machine off on them and refused to pick up my phone.
