Just received a phone call from this number, they man sounded like he was from India, red flag for me.  They said wanted to know if I had over $3,000 in debt on a credit card, if so they could lower my interest rate. I asked them who they are affiliated with he named off bank of America, chase, etc big name credit cards, however, it was alarming to me that they wanted personal information but could not tell me which card they were calling about.  I told him that I would contact me credit card directly to inquire about this, he said as you wish ma'am.  Sounds fishy so I am going with my gut feeling.  I would recommend not giving them personal information if you receive a call from them, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I live in Florida & the call was made to my cell phone... I didnt answer the call because I dont know the #... I called it back and an automated (womens) voice answered saying that I reached "Perfered Marketing Promotions" eg. SCAMS! Though the "voice" went on to say I could enter my# to have it removed. I did just that.. Hope it works! This is a really cool website!

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number.  I did not answer it because I am at work - they did not leave a message.  I didn't call back because I found this website first.  Now I won't bother.  Thanks for the help!

Received a missed call at 11 am EDT from this number on my cell and have never heard of them.

the calls but I now know to IGNORE THEM. They are on

So Calif - on my cell phone!!!! I thought spam tele-marketing was illegal on cell phone numbers???

Received call from this number. Animated phone message asking me to push a number to talk to someone about lowering my credit card interest. INTERESTing. Especially since it never once identified which credit card it's for. If I received this in my e-mail I'd call it SPAM.

Just received a call on my cell phone from 253-753-9057.  Glad that this web site could give me the info that I needed.  Just think what these scammers could do to older folks who don't have any way to check up on them.

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone, did not answer. They left no mesg. I saved it in my phone under SCAM! So next time they call I will know not to answer.
