253-777-0152 is from Washington area code but the voices are from Pakistan or Kuwait somewhere! Its a scam people don't be stupid! Feds don't give NOTHING!

Scam Artists!  You're on their call list.  Don't answer, don't give anyone a code.  Don't use money gram to facilitate.  FYI, their is no such thing as signing up with the Fed Reserve for $250.  Don't bother to play along, let them know that you know and in most cases they'll stop calling.

someone just call me today told me that I have won a government grant amount of $9600 and told me to call back in this number 2537770152 so i just call it and they ask me to pay $299 for registration so i pay it from Walmart and after next 20 minutes i have recieved $9999 dollars today. blessings for me today.

The government doesn't just randomly give money away. You have to apply for grants, not just hope someone selects your name out of a hat to give you one. And you certainly don't have to pay money to get money. This is a scam and those claiming otherwise are shills who work for the scammers.
