Got a call from 253-802-0308, Auburn, Wa listed as the city/state. There was no one there. Pretty
soon an automated voice stated "good bye". So I hung up.  Not sure what the purpose of this is.

253-802-0308 - Got a call from these as*holes. I normally hang up on junk calls but when the person with an Indian accent said my computer had problems, it was time to fu*k with him! Being in IT for over 30 years, I asked what my IP address was. He obviously couldn't answer. He wanted me to do a couple commands and I told him that if my computer was having problems, why couldn't he answer a few simple questions?

This is a scam! They want you to visit a web site that would permit THEM remote access to YOUR computer. Hung up on him after screwing with him for a little while.

Filed a complaint with DNC.

WRONG!!  These idiots don't care about the DNC registry!  What turnip truck did u fall off?

Everyday we get at least 3-5 calls anywhere from 10 am to 10 pm from 253-802-0308. We don't answer the calls but it is so annoying that they keep calling everyday.  Is there somewhere we can get on a DNC registry that actually works? I have added my number to it several times ad it doesn't keep them from calling

Same question I have posted. Where the heck are these government paid clowns when it comes to this type of company. This outfit seems to have years of complaints and still operatiny with no sign of effort on the governments part. I quit reporting the calls to the Do Not Call people as it seems they are just there for a do nothing pay check. Shuffle paper and report 'we took x-number calls' and calling it a days work.

I received a call yesterday and today from the above number telling me she is from microsoft and needs me to go into my computer so she can show me all the bad things happening.  OMG am I that gullible not.  Worst of all she could barely speak englilsh.

Iam very angry! My 7 year old was talking to my mother and was interupted by a "MAN" who spoke with what seemed to be a middle eastern accent. As she handed the phone me he explained that the purpose of his call was to inform me that our home had been chosen to upgrade our computer software. I asked how he had gotten our number as we do all our electronics repairs with Best Buy-he stutterred for an explaination and then to my disgusting surprise--- proceededto tell me that he was really calling to f*** me! WOW!!! I then gave him a phone beatdown and said I was going to call the police. I really wish I coul've socked him up!! I can't imagine what might have happened had my little girl continued the conversation. Very frightning and so dissrespectful. What a pig!

This number keeps calling and uses foul language and doesn't say what company they are with.

I receive a call from a man whith a strange accent who say my email box is full and he want personnal information about my computer account... When I ask who are you he hangup.

Just got a call from some Middle Eastern woman asking for Mrs. Coulton or something. Told her she had the wrong number and she flew off the handle and started yelling at me in whatever her language is, and hung up.

yeah, they like calling us too.  but no one is there.

I just had the same conversation, and when I said that if something happened to my pc, then I would take it in and have it fixed by someone that I trust. The fellow on the other end got very rude and said that something was going to happen to my pc. He was arguing with me, that there was something wrong with my pc..."This isn't a scam, this is serious..your computer is damaged" I got hung up on when I said that if I had an issue that I would deal with it....

Got the call today.  East Indian sounding fellow named Peter. I told him I didn't own a computer and he told me i was lying!  I hung up.  I don't own a computer.I'm 83 years old.

This person is still trying to scam us with the "calling from microsoft about a problem with your computer" in March of 2013.

I have received phone calls from the above number advising they are calling from Microsoft with regard to a problem with my computer.

This has been reported to state police however they're just too damn lazy to actually put an end to this criminal activity.

Repeated phone calls from this number everyday. Recorded electronic message saying, "goodbye."

He called me today and after I said that I didn't have a computer...I lied...he asked for my cell number.  When I refused to give it to him he said, "Well you use the internet on your phone, right?"  I don't because my phone is really old.  When I said no, He accused me of lying and laughed at me.  I was really angry.  When I tried to explain, He interupted, "You use Facebook on your phone."  I practically yelled, "No, I told you I don't use my cell phone for the internet.  I don't have a data plan and my phone is really old."  Then he asked me how old I am.  When I told him 34, he said, "Goodbye" and hung up.

please do not call me again i am in no mood scam artist. if i ever find out who this i am going to report this number to ths state police

Calls repeatedly.  When I answer, there is a pause, an electronic "goodbye" and then a hang up.
