quit calling me 253-835-5540!!!!!! they repeatedly call, and leave no message and when i try to call....it is always busy!

Caller stated he was from verizon..called my husbands cell phone, yet know my name. He stated he had information for me regarding my account. I thought it odd since if it were for me, why call my husbands number. This occured two times. I am blocking.

Verizon Wireless called me from this number at home as I was on the phone with them for technical support calling from the phone I was trying to repair.

phone number from a land line in seattle washington next to hwy 90, total phishing scam, don't answer, only charges your number for time used to answer message, never said his name, hung up. Seems to be just another loser, scam artist, boiler room, at work here taking up your time on your dime. Hang up asnd don't answer, you will probably get more unknown phone numbers calling as they seem to spread the number around to other carriers.

Did not answer but was busy as stated above

This is an outgoing number for Verizon. My wife was at their store because she was having an issue with her phone, and they called me to verify who she was and our account password (that she forgot). The customer service representative was very helpful. It took a minute or two to go through the whole process. This is not a scam number.

They just called me at nearly 10 PM at night and when I called back - busy.  No message.  Verizon is my carrier.

I want to confirm what someone else said.  This IS Verizon.  They called back and I picked up.  My daughter, who shares a plan with me, was trying to get some info from Verizon, but we couldn't remember the password.  They called me to confirm, so I wouldn't worry about getting calls from this number, since is is a real Verizon number.

Why can't they leave a message, if they are NOT scamming?

I received 2 calls from this number at 2:26 am and 2:30 am. I currently in Japan and do not answer calls from number I don't know. Some of the messages state this is from a Verizon call center however I have their non toll free number as 908-559-4899.

This is not a scam number. This is a number for Verizon Wireless Customer Service. It belongs to a call center in Washington State. They called me when one of my kids was trying to change our family plan without authorization.

My husband was having technical difficulties and wasn't authorized on the account, so Verizon had to call me to verify his access.

This is a way for men to get a private line to cheat on there wives my husband was doing it thru Verizon and was having his calls forwarded to his phone it is from a address on Federal way in Washington.

I had to call Verizon from my wife's phone and this is the number which appeared on the statement.  I would suspect that if you're receiving calls from this number, its a spoof.
