    Jesse.... You didn't miss much.  This is a stupid scam call saying that the IRS is suing you for some past misdeed.  Variations include saying that you need to pay up NOW or you'll be arrested w/in two hours.  ETC!!!

    I called the person who prepares my tax returns. He said ignore the call.

    I had a message to call 253-843-6853 saying it was the IRS and that this was their final call before filling a lawsuit. I knew it eras a scam but sanded the number in order to report them to someone. Not sure who to notify, though!

    got home yesterday and on voice mail it was the irs going to file a lawsuit for fraud. it was my only warning to call 253-843-6853. Got home today and another call saying the same thing, except the number to call was 206-866-5784
