Just got a phone call from this number.  He said they could fix problems with my computer and listed several operating systems, then several browsers, then other obvious info.  It is a scam.

got a call from the number. heavy indian accent. said no thank you and hung up before he could say anything else.

Just got a call from this number asked for me by name, I said can't talk and hung up before he could say anything else.

First my phone rang, when I answered it redirected me to another line...phone rang like I was making a call.  Then a man with a heavy Indian accent told me he was from a computer IT company.  He told me to turn on my computer and start accessing things...b/c apparently my operating system was running programs that are dangerous.  I stopped him...my husband deals with computer issues...then he told me my first and last name....I asked him how he got my number...and he said "Oh I know your age..."....WTF!!!!!!!!!!!  He did know my age!  I immediately asked him how the HELL he knew my personal info...and the name of his company.  He hung up.  I tried to call the number back and it said, I didn't have enogh credits to complete my phone call.  I am assuming that it may have been a hacker scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same as Diana..... Said he was with Microsoft and claimed our desktop had been hacked. He needed us to allow him to connect to the computer to correct the problem. Hard to understand him so just hung up. What on earth is going on?

we got a call from this number,when my husband asked it, it started ringing like we were making a call. she had a heavy indian accent, she said knew we had computer problem, but we didnt have any problem, she asked what kind of operation system we was running, my husband said we had several computers, we my husband told her we had no operation problem, she got very rude and hung up,
this is a scam. dont answer calls you dont know from numbers you are not familiar with!!!

My phone rang and when I picked up there was silence then a phone ringing on the other end like I was making a call. A guy with a heavy Indian accent said he was calling from the "computer maintenance department". I said to him "computer maintenance department of what?". He repeated his name and that he was from the computer maintenance department. If it was a legit call he would have said he was from Microsoft or whatever company. I told him to never call my number and I hung up.
