Called today.  They hung up when the answering machine answered.

Have called several times.  When I answer, they hang up.  Called the number back today and it says the number is not in service.

I have received several missed calls from this number.  When I answer they just hang up.  When I call back they say it is disconnected.

Got 2 calls today from 254-369-1689 about 45mins apart & after the 2nd one I called it back & got a recording saying it's not a working number.Did the reverse look-up & it says it's a land line. Now how the h*ll can that work?
I've had it where where you call back you get a busy signal all day or it will answer & hang up, but not say it's not a working number.
I've put my name on the DO NOT CALL lists several times, guess the FCC has no control over that any more!

Person was laughing when I said hello three times and then hung up. Tried to call it back and the number said it was not available.

Have no idea who this is and I had my # changed because of all these strange calls. Next step is to turn phone off.

Received a call from this number 254-369-1689, no one on the other end. When I tried to call back it said "this number cannot be called as dialed, please check the number and call again".

This number continues to call me day after day. They never leave a voice mail, and when I call back it says it is not a working number. I don't understand what this number continues to call me about. It is really annoying.

I live in Pa and have been receving 2 or three calls a day from this number.  Never anyone answers.

UPDATE:

Just contacted the proper authorities in Waco Texas and the FCC.
They are tracing this callers and will prosecute.
Hopefully the calls stop soone and the person will be with plenty of company behind bars.

calls almost daily, no one on other end, no message left

1-254-369-1689 called my cell at 12:38pm on Mon, Jan 11th and agian at 11:02am Tue, Jan 26th. They call and no one is there. I have tried to call the number back but it will never connect..."call cannot be completed as dialed."

I have received 7 calls this month from this number! No one ever answers and no message either. When I call back I get the message "this is a non-working number" I am getting so sick of this. I have called the athorities about it also, but all they say is that they will look into it. This is always to my cell phone.

You are right. It is a Waco, Texas area code and today I discovered who it is that's been making these calls to my phone. It is a telemarketer from a health insurance brokerage firm. A while back I made the mistake of requesting info. on-line regarding supplemental healthcare and literally IMMEDIATELY began receiving phone calls and emails from these people. Be careful which sites you give personal information to. This was a completey annoying experience.

I rec'd a call from this number also. They told me that I had filled out an application for affordable healthcare, which I haven't been looking for any healthcare or filled out any app's. She knew my name and address and of course my cell phone # which is scary. They are an insurance company and I have no clue how they got my information. I'm always very careful about my private information online.

I get same stuff... Nobody there.. Needs FCC to get on the case.

same thing i get about 2 a day from this number...if i pick up there is no one there if i let it go they leave no voicemail...really  annoying
