Tele-Scammer calling me ..  Phone number showed up w/out a name, just the same #

Just rec'd call today. CID=OBAMACARE HOTLIN. I don't see much on the forums yet. It is highly unlikely that anyone legitimately associated with ACA would be calling people cold. I strongly suspect it's a scammer. They left no message. Since I have recently been targeted by a problematic bill collector per CID (at least the 6th different one despite having no outstanding debts/negative history) I suspect it's them.  When these people fail to reach you with one number they try another strategy, like blocking their ID/number.  When I added a high-capacity call blocker, I was able to detect a pattern linking blocking "new" numbers and the sudden explosion of "unavailable" callers.

just got a call, they did not leave a message. the caller ID reads ObamaHealthCare and NO the government don't do cold calls, let alone Obama calling little Ol' me, and NO the health care dept thats handling the insurance are not called ObamaHealthCare... This IS a scam and I will forward this number to the REAL healthcare org phone number. That should through a scare into these children/uneducated duffs.

Left a voicemail identifying themselves as CMS Insurance, offering assistance with ACA/Obamacare health plan management. Cold-calling middlemen, basically.

Says  it's Obama Care! Called get a recording telling it will take 48 hours to remove your number from their listing? Yes the use 1 unlisted, they tried many methods call all hours of night and day so I have my call block all unnamable numbers....best way to stop them...install call blocker or buy a phone with it in it...
