Yes it is a person saying they are going to sue you for a loan you probably have never heard of do not pay them this is a scam be careful though in some cases they have your ssn and bank info!

It is the IRS scam again.  Wow!!!!  The IRS will NEVER call you!!  NEVER!!! They will send you a letter via US Mail and then you call them.  Or go online and call the IRS direct and ask them about if you have a problem with the IRS.

Broken english robo call claiming to be the IRS calling about 4 "very serious" charges against me and threatening that the local police will arrest me if i don't respond withing 24 hours. I wish these scammers could be stopped. Some old or mentally not all there person is going to fall for this and get scammed.

I like the part where they threatened me with arrest by "the local cops." Using the word cops instead of law enforcement adds to the lol factor.

The call said I was going to have police at .y door in three days if I did not call them back. They would have me arrested for multiple allegations against me. CRAZY! Scary!

Seems to be a partial message that claims that I will be taken under custody by the local "cops" as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on my name.  They request that I get back with them to "discuss" this case before they take legal action against me.

Said locking me up for irs investigation

"... expired in the next 24 working hours and once again expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 256-369-7102 I repeat 256-369-7102 thank you…”. Sounds like a scam

Got this call today from this number. Scam.  Scam. I reported it

I just received the same call saying I had 4 allegations against me. Went on saying that I had 24 business hours to respond back to them. They must have been reported and changed it from a man to a woman. Said the same thing as everyone else reported.

Yeah I got the same call just a few minutes ago and I called the number back and I ask the Asian guy or Indian guy and said is this a scam he says what is your name I said is this a scam he goes yes this is a scam and then he hung up total scam don't fall for it people

yes i just now got the same call!  it was from Puerto Rico, which is my FIRST clue it is not real!  2nd clue: recording used slang words, such as “cops” instead of “police”.  IDIOTS.  the call @ 10:10CT USA, Sept. 19, 2018, came from ph# 1 (787) 302-2116
