Caled left no message

This company calls me quite often.  I have responded to their auto calls by hitting #2 as instructed to stop the harassing calls however, I'm still getting the calls.
Twice I have hit the #1 key to speak to staff members from this credit card consolidation company only to have the person hang up after explaining my concerns about them calling me.  The person on the other end hangs up on me mid sentence.
I have told them that I do not want them to call and to take my name off of their list.  To date, this has not occurred. The number that keeps coming up as having called is 256-867-4268.
I wish to file a formal complaint against this company.

The only thing you do by pushing buttons on these calls is verify they have a live number! ROT, don't answer calls you don't recognize the number.  However, if you sit close enough to the caller id, pick it up and hang it up asap. Don't let it fully connect.

The same number keeps calling my cell phone as well. SO annoying!

I'm so sick of telescammers/telemarketers calling. I didn't pick up.

They called my cell but I didn't answer. I tried calling this number back from a private landline & it says the number has been changed & says the new number is (silence). Then it proceeds to say that this number is not in service. hmmmm

I have a cell phone I never use....only for emergencies....this morn they called me on it...I did not answer...they did not leave a message

Received 2 calls in 2 days. Caller ID shows Out of Area.  Only loud music playing,
Very annoying as they are calling a business and taking time away from more important calls.

pressed 1 to tell the operator we are on the federal do not call registry.  He hung up on me mid sentence.  I called back and the number "was disconnected or no longer in service"
To me this means they are a fraudulent agency using a T1 or other digital calling platform that allows them to "spoof" their caller ID.  Do not do business with this company.

these people are total low life, call to steal your money, credit card info. DO NOT give them any info better yet report them as I have & do not answer the calls from them. Again low life, bottom feeders, scammers, thiefs etc etc.

Called my DNC listed cell number, did NOT leave any message identifying themselves. I do not answer unknown phone calls because they tag you as a "live" number and will increase their harassment.  No message or identity equals big fat scam!

The caller ID only shows Athens, AL and they do not leave a voice mail.
