Calling looking for the Manager.

Teresa from "File Center" called looking for manager for "Record Management" // Asked for CFO's name, once given, she disconnected call.

Teresa from Richards & Richards asked for vice president. When asked what it was regarding she was very short and would only say record management. Put her on hold and she hung up.

Called looking for controller of accounting. I asked in regard to what and he rudely said "records management". I put him on hold and he eventually hung up and has not called back.

Five calls in five minutes all hanging up in my voicemail. Arrgh! Called the number to request they stop - person I talked to wouldn't identify themselves.

Received a call from Teresa.  She asked to speak with the Accountant.  When asked who she was with she replied, IMJ.  She did NOT like being asked questions.  She ONLY wanted to speak with the Accountant and no one else.  I told her ALL of the bills come through me (and they DO), she did not like this and she told me that I had it wrong and hung up.

Teresa phoned and asked to speak with the Accounting Dept.  When she could not get put throught to them, she was rude.

Person called and asked for me by name, when staff member put them on hold to go get me, the person hung up.  Stated name as James Gibson, but would not give company

A Rachel" called saying she is from the "Washington Archives" and asked if we store our records on or off site.  Somehow she knew my name.  I suppose a lucky guess.  I asked for her phone number and told her I would call her back. She then said she would call me back and hung up.  Washington Archives???? Yeah right.

Just got a call asking for my bosses by name.  I knew it was a telemarketer so I did not pass the call on.  Guy said he'd call back.  Did bing search and came up with this website

Got a call from "Mark Patterson" with Record Max.  He was extremely rude and asked to speak to our control.  When I told him he was unavailable he asked to immediately speak with someone else about records.  When I asked what he was referring too he rudely stated "RECORDS MANAGEMENT MA'AM!". When I told him I thought this was something we didn't need he yelled and said "well I hope not!".  Then said he would call back on Monday and hung up.  What is this?!

They just keep calling a harassing us with these unsolicited marketing calls.  They simply don’t understand English, because apparently the word “No”, or the phrase, “Not Interested” does not mean anything to them.  Who are these people?  They should be reported by all who encounter such intrusion.

Constantly receiving calls at work from this phone #.  No voice mail is ever left for me. Thank goodness for caller ID!

Just got a call from a very rude man asking for the name of our account manager.
I can spot a telemarketer as soon as I hear the boiler room noises.
I said I will take a message as I will not be giving out any information.
He said he would just keep calling back because he will get through at some point. I told him that he will never get through and he hung up.
Soo irritating!

I just got a call and was badgered into setting up a meeting with a records storage company. After reading these posts, I got a little incensed and got them back.  Surprisingly, whomever I spoke with was apologetic after I told them I felt pushed into making the appointment and said he'd take it off the calendar.  I guess we'll see if that comes true or not!

I spoke to some rude jerk who kept trying to get the manager and I kept asking him questions about his company. He wouldn't give it up and eventually hung up. After he made it seem like I was at fault when he straight up lied about the company. I called them back and told them to take our companys name off their list.

These people have called everyday for God knows how long.  They never leave messages and will not tell you exactly what they want.  I just ignore their calls.  Does anyone know how to get them to take our business number OFF their list???  So annoying!!

Can we stop them from calling? Now they are calling three to four time a day.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!  James Gibson called our business.  Our SOP is to ask who is calling before putting into co workers voicemail.  He said he only wanted to talk to our managing director, not not me and doesn't want to be asked questions and then he hung up.  I can't wait for him to call back so I can tell him where to shove it!
