Asian voice calling about "My Computer" ....I just hung up

Get similar calls from different numbers every week. Today he said he was from "Maintenance Department" but said not any company. When I asked how there could be a department with no company involved and he back tracked and said he was from Tech Support America. I let him go on and on for a while and finally told him that if they continued calling I would report them.

Tried to call my grandpa and get information about his computer, I got on the phone with him and refused to tell me where he was located. Rambled on and on. Basically told me I wasn't  understanding which is ridiculous. After he realized that I wasn't going to put up with his [***] he ended the call. Such a fraud, trying to take advantage of older people to steal information from them. FRAUD!!!

Probably a scam, since they will not identify themselves.

Obvious telemarketing scammers who fortunately, are also incompetent.  After getting my answering machine, the piece of [***] on the end starting saying "Hello?  Hello?" and went on for about a minute before hanging up.

Not probably, it is a SCAM.

Received  call from Asian man stating he was Tech support calling about my computer at my home. I asked what computer and he hung up.

A man with an Indonesian  accent called & said he was from Tech Support America. He asked if I was the owner of the computer & wanted to walk me through how to get rid of a virus on my computer due to the recent upgrades. I told him no thanks but he kept saying he was not selling anything. He kept going on about how Important is was to get to my computer so he could help me. I asked if he was from Microsoft or even Apple. He told me that was not important. I hung up. As soon as I hung up, he called 5 more times in a row. This is a scam. Please be careful.

I wasn't home at the time of the call. Didnot recognize the number. No message was left, so I didn’t return the call.
