    company claiming to send you their medical device that has already been paid for.   this is a scam. they hung up on me before i could ask any question. 12-18-13 11:30am cst milwaukee wisconsin

Thanks Stan they have started to call me now.  Caller ID says they are a Milwaukee call but the area code is western Waukesha county Wisconsin.  I bet they are call forwarding the number

I received a call from this # today, 12-19@ 10:14A.  Came thru as "WIRELES CALLER" on the Caller ID.   I decided to pick up & see what kind of response I would get.   It's the same old - "this is John calling to schedule the delivery of your Medic Alert---".   The message says to "press 1  to speak to someone - ".   I pressed 1 & there was silence.   After a few seconds I heard a 'click'  indicating they had hung up.   I dialed back after hiding my # & it didn't ring.    

Same old medical alert thing.  I block the number with my phone and they just use another number. Why isn't this against the law and why isn't the no call list working?  that's easy because they don't pay any attention to it.  I have been told that this sort of call isn't against the law so on they go.  

I don't understand how it can't be against the law, especially if the numbers that they call are on the No Call list not only for WI but nationally. This is just wrong!

Tried telling me that they wanted to install a free emergency medical alert system in my house.

The only purpose of the medic alert for seniors scammer's calls to us, is to get our credit card numbers, so they can cheat us!

Criminals do not pay attention to Do Not Call lists.

If you answer and they hang up it probably means they are verifying that your number is active. They then resell you number other criminals trying to run scams.

Rec'd call today, Fri the 27th and not recognizing call did not answer..will NOT answer ones I do not recognize..on no call list, but doesn't mean a thing to them..might as well toss out the no call list..they don't care.

These [***] call my 90 yr.-old father incessantly. We block the number; they call with a new spoofed number. I told him as they others – NEVER, NEVER, NEVER answer a call if you don’t recognize the number. If it’s a legit company/person, the will leave a message. Blocked with Ooma.

Hang up caller but now I will label as Spam. Thanks for the feedback. I answered with my company name, wonder if that made them hang up.

They keep calling and hang up when I pick up.

They call us every day.  We do not pick up. Please help!
