Call from the senior shipping blah blah, we hung up, from a bandwidth.com voip in racine unwanted solicitation, we are on do not call list

have called 3 times, no message, haven't answered it..???

receive calls from this number daily, sometimes more than 1 time.  Dead air on the other end.  Now I usually pick up and hang up immediately or don't answer...can someone tell me what this is or how I can put in a formal complaint and end this once and for all!!!

We have received numerous calls from 1-262-260-9909. We have Caller ID and the ID says "ALERT". We don't answer the phone. We are on the "Do Not Call" list. A message has never been left, so we don't know the reason for the calls.

Everytime this number calls our home they ask for my mother?  when i tell them she is unavailable they say they will call later!  Every time when i answer the phone now when they call they hang up!!!!!!!!!!!!
