first called caller ID said anonomous, now caller ID states Hartland WI. leaves no message

I got a hang-up on my answering machine.  I have no clue who this is.

I called back and the answering machine said it was the March of Dimes

I am getting calls from this number, showing up as anonomous, at least once or twice every day.  I never answer it.  Can't something be done about this stuff?

This number keeps calling,I have had three calls today and now its just getting to be a nuisance! This is a do not call number why am I receiving all these unwanted idiot calls? Can't some one put a stop to all of these bloody calls?

I kept getting those calls anywhere from one to three times a day.  It always said anonymous and I never answered it.  Finally the other day I answered it and asked who they are and why they keep calling.  She said they were calling from the March of Dimes.  I told her that my friends and I are tired of being harassed by these unwanted calls and to take me off the list and never call again.  She apologized and said I am off their list.  Been a few days and no more calls from that number.
