Yesterday, I received a call from Halsted Financial with an area code of 414, 3 calls from this number. When I called them and they wouldn't give me much information, I blocked that number. Today, they called me 4 times within one hour from the above phone number. I called them and asked them what they were calling about and it was regarding a payday loan. I asked them to mail me a statement regarding this bill to my home address, they said they would refuse to mail me anything until I agreed to pay this bill.

Threats to take action against me (this is all prerecorded).  They are calling my work place.  They do not say who they are, make like its a lawyer.  Tells me to contact them to avoid further action.  Again have no idea what this is in regards to.  They list their company as HCF.

This number calls my home phone at least 3 times a day.  Does not leave a message and also calls from a 414 306-6760 number.  Called ID shows HFS.

Its a total scam. They call multiple times in a hour then claim I owe money on a PayDay Loan which iv NEVER had

I have received a call from two numbers, 262-465-6760 they called on my cell and home number saying they are HFS Financial.  Whoever the person was I started asking questions and he became very defensive. When he said wait until I'm finished talking, I stopper right there and advised him that I have every right to ask information  before giving my information to anyone.  He really got upset and I basically told him if you call here again you will be sorry and I reported the information to the FBI

These people, ""Halstead"", call my home a DOZEN times a day....no, I am not exaggerating....I have blocked and blocked numbers until I'm blue in the face!!!
Here's what's going on.... If you block, mind you...These jerks have about 30 additional numbers that they have reserved for their "business"..... It comes up in CID as HALSTEAD ,  ARIZONA,  KENOSHA WI.,  And my personal favorite that I've personally added for their name on the CID.. "" Ideal life partner""  due to the fact that THEY DON'T TALK......So, they won't talk back or argue :P

I'll tell you what tho..... It is beyond harassment at this point by the amount of calls coming in.....
I don't even know WTF you'd even call something like THIS!!!!!!!
It's like I'm married to these MO-FO's... They're the first thing I deal with in the morning.... Usually the last thing I deal with before bed.....
I think I'm gonna send them some KY at least.......

My, what a mouth you have. If you were a real "detective", you would know what to do. You would know that you need to send them a letter in the mail to stop calling. You would know that you should read the other posts and get their address and information. You would know that you have to contact the CFPB and your state attorney general and report them. You would also know that you should sue them over the harassment. As I said, if you were a real detective you would know all of that stuff or you would know how to find it. Instead of coming here and fouling up this thread with bad language.
