Called twice in the last two hours, left no message.  

Called 2:18 pm today, left no message. Caller ID says Belgium, WI

Poses as a survey.  Trying to sway you to their political party

Called @ 9:00pm left no message

Calls relentlessly...never a message. Blocked.

They called and of course did not leave any message  the ID said OUT OF AREA

The next day I got a call from the same number, but this time the ID said Belgium, Wi  No message of course

This number called me twice in two days, left no message.

it was for a 'survey', person (maybe automated machine?)  asked by name for someone in my household (who is voting age)

I tried calling that number back and it wouldn't go through

Same here. They called one min. ago. I answered and the line was silent.

Got a call from this number today.  They claimed to be calling for a survey, asked me if I would be voting.  Then asked me if I would vote for Scott Walker or Mary Burke.  Tone changed when I did not answer that I'd be voting for Walker.  Was told I could not vote without a state issued ID card.  Was asked if I have a state issued ID card.  Was then asked my age.  

Been getting 3 calls per day at least from this number and ti's ALWAYS dead air or sometimes there are some beeps in the background.  Extremely annoying! And you can't call it back, you just get some screaming noise and static.  Will try to block this number but not sure if I can.

I have received 2 calls in 24 hours from this number. No message was left either time. It was listed as from Belgium, WI. (I am elsewhere in WI.)

So appreciative of this site.It must be that time when you get ''vote for me" calls..they are coming in right and left.None of their business who I vote for.Did you know here in Wisconsin if you do not vote there is a Madison group that sends out notifications of who voted in what elections? Perfectly legal,they have been sued for privacy violations but we are never notified if the people suing won or not.

It is perfectly legal to see who voted in a particular election.  Campaigns get their voting lists every election.  Every county/ municipality keeps a "voter roll".  You can request the list of registered voters from a city/county clerk anytime.

Called me three times within 2 days. First time a woman's voice said, "Hello...hello..." on message and then hung up. The next time they asked for "William" (no one by that name lives here) on the machine and hung up. The last time (this is the freaky part) it sounded like the same woman and she asked for me using both my first and last names. WTF? I am NEVER going to pick up so stop calling, jerks!! Caller ID says "Belgium, WI." I thought it was a mistake at first because I didn't even know there was such a town in Wisconsin. LOL
