Called by relay message and wanted large quantities of diabetic supplies for husband's missionary trip.  Wanted to use American Express Card for payment under Connie Wood

got relay call from texas number asking about one touch strips.... asked for our fax number...got the fax from a connie wood but has from linda long 1.262.584.0441 at top of paper....wanted us to order 30 boxes of accucheck aviva strips and 45 boxes of one touch ultra...then to fax over total due and they would give us an american express card.....  what i want to know is why would someone order from a pharmacy in ohio for use by a missionary in wisconsin ?????   called via relay from texas 1-281-407-6512

The latest iteration of an ancient scam (has been going around for at least a dozen years).   Got a TTY phone call then later, a fax from Linda Long with same story about large quantities of diabetic strips for support of a missionary.   Fax was from 1-866-244-7538 (Mountain Time Zone?) and sent to a Pacific Coast Pharmacy.

Wants to use a Discover card for payment.   Yeah, right...

Same fax scam still going on.....SW VA this morning...

Caller using relay service Centralia WA 360-523-2469 then fax an order for large quantity of test strips, fax was from a Linda Long 1-866-244-7538; stated that will use Discover card to pay for them, but ended up give us a VISA card numbers with SC address. watch out for this scam!

we rc'd a relay service call out of puyullap WA from "linda long" regarding test strips. she asked for my name and fax #. sent a fax asking us to buy large quantities of diabetic test strips for her husband's missionary diabetic health-care center. would pay with a Discover card for payment. This is the 2nd time they have contacted our pharmacy! Fax # to reply to 855-207-8833 or 866-207-8833 both listed on the fax from "linda long".

Called using relay service (waste real patients time) wanting to order diabetic supplies. Asked for FAX # then requested to order 15 boxes of diabetic supplies billed to a DISCOVER CARD that she will fax over.

Most likely a stolen/fraudulent credit card that once you give them the supplies the credit card company will do a chargeback.

SCAMMER disguised as a missionary! Sickening!!!! SCUM!!
