SCAM ARTIST FROM CRAIGSLIST. The usual, wants to paypal you money and arrange shipment with their shipping agent.

The scam artist contacted me about furniture I had for sale.  Wanted me to give him my paypal account.  I told him to call me.  He said he couldn't.  Ended contact.  1-262-648-8574 was the text number I received.

262-648-8574 contacted me by text from craigslist. Wanted me to give him my paypal account so he could deposit the money and arrange for his shipper to pick up the furniture, I told him I don't do paypal and he stopped contacting me.  

Got text from this number in reference to furniture I had listed on Craigs list. I am totally new to Craigs list, and got as far as sent my PayPal email. Got confirmation emails from "PayPal", and that's when I finally realized there was something fishy going on. Total scam! Googled the number and found this site, very useful!

I got the same text about furniture for sale, asked for my paypal to send his payment and his shipper. I told him to kiss my ass. Scam.

I received a text wanting to buy my furniture i had listed on Craig's list. He wanted to send me a bank certified check and when it clears my bank pay their shipping co. so they can pick up the merchandise. Red flag ! That's when i googled the Phone # and found this. So glad i googled it. Also got another similar text with a different # (650-518-7272). ~ This is also a scam !!!

Same thing just happened to me 5 minutes ago.  Googled the number and found this.  He wants my paypal so his shipping agent can pickup the merchandise.
