sounds like a fishing call for credit card information

Random call, I have an iPhone so it normally tells me where the call is from. But it came up unknown, also didn't leave a message. Another thing, usually on iPhone the only time it comes up unknown, it is usually some random company

do not know who this is but, they called and said tht my debt card had been suspended.
My son also got this same call earlier today with the same message. Said that if you want
to reactivate card press 1 for their security department.
I would not recommend this, this sounds like someone is after your information.

I'm on Do Not Call Registry and Home Center called 5-20-13, 11:36AM. Spoofed
caller ID read 'Name Unavailable 263-587-7065'. Miss Norwood gave callback # 888-399-0771 for Home
Center in N. Hollywood, CA.

8/21 14:07  No ID and no actual message, just dead air on voicemail.  Tried call back and received "number not avail., call back later."  YEAH, RIGHT

Had call my mastercard had been locked. Tried to callback and got "not in service.  Please check and dial again."  Is this a ruse?  Is there any way these "hoodlums" can  be locked out from dialing at random?

RS they called me what looks like the same time they called you.
I ignored the call, looked up the # and it was for a number in Zimbawbe

Was a phishing scam saying ny debit card was locked. Dont answer it.

I just got a call saying that they regret to inform me my master card/ debit card had been locked for security reasons and to press 1 for more information.  I didn't press 1, but did try to look up the number and found this page.  Appears the scammers are still alive and kicking.

I got it too. Too bad there isn't a task force out there to deal with these theives.

Just got a call saying that my "Midwest bank, debit card  has been suspended" I pressed one as I wanted to talk to someone and give them a piece of my mind, but When I pressed one they just gave me a whole bunch of other options so I hung up. Irritating.

Computer voice left on voice mail: "Brett to inform you that your debit card has been locked to reactivate please press one now and you will be transferred to our security department."

Phishing scam

Received a call saying that "my Master Card has been lost. Please press "1" to be transferred, etc.". I looked up the number and now see that I am one of many attempted victims of this potential scam.

Received the same call about my Master Card being lost.  SCAM!

Attempted to reach my wife's cell phone, she did not answer in time but asked me to look up who it was. Found this page. Sounds like she didn't miss anything worthwhile. To say the least.

Didn't get to pick up in time. Fortunately.

CALLED MY CELL today-- no message left.... sounds like a SPAMMER

Got the same call tonight at 10 pm

Just got the call. I answered only cause it came up as my boyfriend calling but then got the robot and my phone switched to this number. Super weird.
