    I feel it is fraud because there was an option to pay by check which any reputed bank  will never do ?
    They will not ask to make payment over the IVR

    Got a call form +91-265-393-012.. a recorded voice asked me to pay the premium for policies.. However the amount and last date told were incorrect.. in fact amount mentioned was way to high than the actual.. I called HDFC and reported this.. they updated that many users have complained so and they are investigating.
