Some lady with an Indian accent called me with this number claiming to be from Microsoft and wanted me to login to my computer so she could see all my keystrokes. I laughed and hung up the phone.  Seems sketchy

(265) 478-6599 called 4.2.15 at 3pm central time. Scam alert!!!!

caller wanted computer number said they were from windows and wanted to know if I knew my computer was being hacked and they could fix it. Scam hung up on them

Got a call from this number at 3:00 a.m.  I did not recognize and did not answer.  I got on Google.  It is a scam.

Jus recieved call. Sayin was from Windows
Told.em i.dont have a comp. She said u sure. And i said.yes n hung up.

try to steal credit card information under guise of "windows technical support"

Scam...east indian foreigner called to say that they were with wondows technical department and wanted me to go to my computer to verify my computer ID. That someone was hacking my computer and stealing all my information, and running up thousands of dollars on my credit cards.  And that my computer was going to crash also. They called from 265-478-6599. When i asked fot a call back they gabe phone number 585-2090-111.

Just rec'd a call on my cell phone from a person who was barely understandable claiming to be from "Windows" (not Microsoft) saying that someone was hacking my computer.  Phony.

Just called.  No message left.  From above messages glad I didn't say anything.  Block them.

Got a call from this number. I answered but they hung up. They better had.

rec'd call - didn't recognize the number didn't answer.  got on computer (here) and see it's scam central...will be blocking that number.  Thanks all for your comments!

Caller with Indian accent called and said that they have noticed that my computer has not been receiving the Microsoft updates and they needed me to log onto my computer to fix it.  I told them I was not anywhere near my computer and they asked if they could call back.  They never referred to me by name but kept calling me "Miss". When I asked if they were sure they had the right person, they said that they would verify the computer license ID for a cross check.

I figured as much. To this day, I feel as if I had been placed on someone's 'sucker list' since dealing with spoofers like this earlier this year only they were using a fake name and were a subsidiary of Microsoft.

Ed, from Microsoft called at 7:00 am, East Indian accent, hung up.  The frequency of these calls is amazing!
