Called speaks with an Indian accent asks about home computer, suspicious, he hung up when I pressured him

I just got a call right now from this # who in the hell are these ppl

My grandmother just got the same call asking about info and asking if she had a computer. He also had some weird accent.  Should this be reported to the police?

Love to play mind games with them when they call...so much fun!  

Answered call but no one was on the other end.

just received call from this phone number.  After I waited to hear someone take the line, he said his name ??? and said he was calling in regards to my computer (in very broken English), I told him I did not have a computer.  He hung up, of course.

There is no area code "266" anywhere in the United States and its territories, Canada, Bermuda, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, Sint Maarten, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and Turks & Caicos.

They are busy little beavers today with their new spoofed number.  I didn't answer--as a matter of fact, I HUNG UP ON THEM after the 2nd ring.  HA!  What disgusting human trash these people are.  

Called asking about my computer with a bunch of lies. Clearly a scam.

Just got a call. Didn't answer, no message.

A female with an  foreign  accent called re: my computer.  Asked if I was the major user of the computer in our home.  Major bad news call.  Don't give them any info.

Call the police? LOL, ok let's send the police to India to find those little [***].

Phone BLOCKED

A man named "Michael" with an Indian accent just called me about my home computer.  I tried to reverse look-up the number, and 266 is not a valid area code for the U.S.  what's up with this?   This is obviously a scam!   I can't believe these people!  Ridiculous!

Started asking me about my keyboard configuration. He was trying to gain access, supposedly so I would clear my computer of all viruses. Never give anyone access to your computer. If you have the time play with them a little bit to waste their time. Low lifes.

Yeah same here... talking about computers running slow and that they were technical support...

They called me when I picked the phone up they hung up? Who the hell are they? Make em stop calling when someone's on the Do Not Call list😡

Answering machine got it garbled jiberish then electrical beeps and such . Hello then hang up

SCAM ALERT!  Just as I was logging out of my computer for the night, I got a call from a fake number:  266-567-3390.
Someone with a foreign accent (maybe Caribbean, maybe Indian/Pakistani) asked for me by my last name.  Very disturbing since only family & doctors' offices have my cell number.  I asked "Who wants to know," & he said "Technical assistance.  There is something wrong with your computer."  I got angry (because I'm a tech guy & have heard of this scam), and said:  "Um, NO.  I'm a computer tech, and there is NOTHING wrong with ANY of the computers at this location!"
Gee I wonder why he hung-up?
