pick phone and someone hang up  called back no answer but a record message, something about   a research center  and I don't know  any in  Canada, and  I wanted to leave a  message and the system told that the person  mail box was full and cant take  any messages at  this  time and then system  said that was  a error in their  system  have no idea  who there are or  who their looking  for  stop calling my home and  this  a Saturday  afternoon  no calls on  weekends.

Has rung me twice in past two days.  Complete silence when I picked up the phone, so I hung up.  Comes up on Caller ID as Ontario.

This number has been phoning and I don't answer, but it has Gov of Canada listed as the one calling

Call display shows it it Govt of Canada calling.  No message.  Would be nice if they would leave a message verifying that it actually is the Govt. of Canada.  At this point it could be anyone.  If it is the government, would be nice to now what they want.  And, I thought , that the government doesn't take time out of their busy day calling people.

This is a Survey company doing a survey for the Government of Canada -  woman on phone was chewing gum so loud i could barely hear her so I hung up after putting up with it for 3 mins  I asked her to stop chewing gum and she did not I hung up

Called and said she was calling from Oakville Hydro and conducting survey.  I hung up.

Research center of questionable legitimacy
