They find you in the white pages, yellow pages and other directories.  Not paying attention to the Do Not Call lists.  My number use to belong to a cleaning company, this guy did a business directory search for contractors.  It is how he finds targets.

Rec’d a call on Sat 3/19 from a “Restricted” phone number. He left a Robo-call like message asking me to call him at 267-242-5564 so he could show me how a program works????? I wish to God he would stop calling……I don’t want to know how your “program” works, I could care less!!!! GO AWAY!!!
