Another caller who gets hung up on because they do not identify themselves. The way I learned growing up was ..."Hello,this is Buddy,may I speak to so-and-so?"...Somewhere along the way,people lost their manners.

They called me too but I didn't answer!

Got call yesterday. No message left on answering

calls and hangs up if I answer

got a call, answered second call, no one on the other end, hung up

Said they were from Experian and wanted to talk about my bill.  Said I do not have an electrical account with Experian.  She said that's not what she asked.  I hung up.

I keep getting calls from this #. No message is left.

I got a call from this number and the person said that they were calling about a "message on my electric bill". She said her name was Kelly. Looked up info online ,came up with Paetec Communications being connected with this number. The other info I found was that they were a competative access provider. I review my electric bill and saw there was no "meesage". I believe this is just a telemarketer scam to get you to buy from theie company and hike up prices later with some confussing contract or fine print.

Didn't answer.  Left no message.

These scammers called me so many times before. DON'T want a new electric service. These people are ridiculous. Posted on their website how much of a scam they are and they immediately took it down. Already have electricity and don't need a new electric  company that starts out as a scam.

These people have no manners! They are scammers and never tell you anything!

This is second day we got a call from this number.  ID just says PA Call.  Answer and they immediately hang up.  What's the point?  Do they want to know if I'm away so they can rob the place?  If they came to rob my place they will immediately see I have nothing of value - no antiques, jewelry, guns, cash, bonds, stocks.  Our vehicle is old, our TV is old, not even a cell phone or a camera.  We have no savings -  small income which goes for doctors, pharmacy and hospitals.

Called this AM. Hung up on them on first call.  Called again.  Told them to remove number from their list.  Badgered me and badgered me during the call. Hung up on them again.  Calling the PUC to report badgering.

I noticed on my caller ID that they called my house yesterday morning. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that they called and last time I told them that we were not interested. I called them back today and asked them why they were calling my number yesterday, they lied and said they never did call my number. They called me by my mother's first name and asked if I was in charge of the electric bill, so I played their game and told them I was. I then asked them for their complete mailing address, then they got nasty asking me why I wanted that. They were heating me up and I laid into them, told them that I knew they were a scam, they said they were not and asked me why I would say that. I again for the 15th time asked them for their mailing address, they hung up, called them back and kept asking for their complete mailing address, they said they did have one that they worked with several companies, I told them that I wanted the complete mailing address for their call center, they said they did not have to give it to me, I said then I will give their number to my lawyer and he will call them and get the address (I actually wanted their complete mailing address for my State Attorney's office), they kept giving me the run a round, said I was breaking up, I called them a lier for I knew the phone was not breaking up for I used a land line number and they thought I was using a cell phoned (man are they idiots). The last time I called them a guy answered the phone, I once again asked for their complete mailing address, he said he could not give it to me for he did not know what it was. I said that was interesting that he did not know the mailing address for the company he worked for and that they are a scam and told him to go get a real job.

Lesson from this rant? If they ever call you again, "Keep asking them for their call center's mailing address, if they keep giving you the run around and refuse to give it to you and ask you why you need it? Tell them that you need it for both your lawyer and State Attorneys office so that you can file a complaint with the Attorney General also tell them that if they do not give you the mailing address that you have the phone number and you will give that to the Attorney General as well.

They earn a commission for switching you out of your electric company and into the one they are shilling for.  They are calling from a Philadelphia Office but here is their full name and address;

With a name of PAETEC you know its a scam from word go.

I love this number. You can call them back and they will answer. Since I work with computers all day, I sit here and call them back over and over and over. When I get through to someone I let them get almost all the way through their dimb ass sales pitch, then I hang up. Sometimes they call back and I let them do it all over again!!!

I received a number of calls the past week from this number that I just ignored because the called-id said Philadelphia which is long distance to me.   Today I picked up out of curosity and said nothing.  After about 30 seconds the caller said  "I really need to talk to you about your electric bill".   I hung up...blocked the call and had lunch.
