Got two from this number back to back. Any idea what it is?

Got a call from this number and they left a 53 second voicemail of breathing and background noise...

called and asked for someone who doesn't work here.

ConStar Financial Services is trying to collect a debit according to the recording

Keeps calling my office and asks for an employee by his full legal name that no one ever calls him by. Suspicious right from the start. I asked what the call was regarding and the lady just said that he has business with their company. Wouldn't give any other information about who she was or where she was calling from.

ConStar. They call and never leave a message. Shady company

This lady called asking for my son's ex girlfriend of 5 years ago ... I let her have it !!!! Told her to lose my number because that girl has nothing to do with me and I want nothing to do with her !!!!  

ConStar Debt Terrorist. I would not verify my information to Debt Terrorist, so we did not get anywhere.

Called my job, caller identified himself as Daniel with Constar Financial and and proceeded to ask for my address so he could "send a letter".  I asked who he was representing and he said he could not tell me until he verified some information and proceeded to ask again for my address.  We went back a forth like this a couple of times, and he proceeded to hang up on me.  I got the number from caller ID and called back, asked for Daniel and when I identified myself he asked me to hold on, I told him I would not hold on and that he needed to stop calling me at work.  

Caller asked repeatedly for my ill elderly father, refused to accept that he would not get him on the phone and would have to deal with me as holder of power of attorney.  Asked me to fax or email the POA and he'd be glad to speak to me.  Didn't want to give name of company or mailing address, questioned POA by snail mail as if I'd said something bogus.  Tired of calls like this.  They're trying to hunt down another person with same name and horrible credit, unpaid bills, but my father has A1 credit.  Leave us alone.  We're dealing with Alzheimer's, Parkinson''s, and plain old age in  a household of 4 senior citizens.  We have better things to do than answer harassing calls from a**holes whole have no consideration for others.  How would they like it if we called India or China during their sleep[ hours and woke them up???  Thank you very much for outsourcing your telemarketers or collection agents!

This is a bill collector

I get a call from this number every couple days and they always leave a voicemail of nothing but background noise. It's getting pretty annoying...

Asked for my daughter in law but didn't even say her name correctly.  Told them they had the wrong number.

They called back to back - asked for my husband and I tiold them they had the wrong number and then asked if I knew him and then i asked who is this and they hung up on me! Blocked the number! Rude calling me on my cell phone while i am at work!

This is a scam artist. Just block the number.

Because I get the call on my cell and it gave me the option to text back, I sent messages never to call me again.  Then I phoned and put my cell phone in another room.  I am going to repeat this.

Got a call at home from this number, caller ID said it was Constar Financial.  They did not leave a message on machine.  Then I got a call on my cell phone from this number.  I have no idea how they got my cell number.

Might be a prank call or debt collector... Asked someone who is not at affiliated with my land-line. She (if it is the current name, mentioned her name as Sharon Stanley) and indicated that she is calling from an attorney office and personnel business.

This debt collector has been harassing me with phone calls for several years.
