From Tate & Kirlin collection agency, hung up.

Missed a call from this number today.

Tate & Kirlin agency. They have called me about 5 times from the number 267-295-9114, and now are calling me from this number. Very annoying.

I keep receiving calls from this company and I paid it off. I was told they would take my name off the list but they obviously didn't. It is not on my credit report either

There is a good chance that company either lied to you, or purchased the debt after it was written off by the original creditor.

I keep getting these calls at my place of business about once or twice a week and when I answer they hang up. THEY NEED TO STOP THESE CALLS! This is a place of business and it is not very professional of them to keep calling, especially to hang up. Cut it out!

Called my home phone.  Comcast VOIP caller id says "TATE".  I didn't answer.  There was no message.

Annoying call from this number 267-407-0200 "unknown name" identifying call.  It was a recording telling me I owe a debt, which I don't.  Gave me this number 866-520-3808 to call to discuss further.  I didn't call I hung up.  This is fraud, harassment and I am reporting this. I received this call on my land line a few minutes after they called my mobile from which listed the number 73638699, which you can see is not a valid number. Another recording stating I owe a debt to some bank I've never banked with.  I'm reporting this call as well.  Although on both calls no company was mentioned, after researching the numbers, it appears that all the calls come from a business Tate & Kirlin Agency, 2810 Southampton Road, Philadelphia PA 19154 Tel: 800-298-3600, Fax: 215-464-6316.
Is it a valid collection agency?  Can't believe it is as it's using such unlawful practices of collecting debts.  This annoying and unlawful harassment needs to end!

calls several times within 15 min period.  no message left. . if i dont know the number i dont answer.  annoying.
