Keep calling for some one , no clue , automated call !

Do not give them any money ERS is a debt collector trying to get you to pay what is 90% of the time an uncollectible debt.
They want you to give them information to reset the state limitation laws
simply dont answer dont give any information.
When in doubt remember this. If they could sue you they would.

I am just going to continue hanging up on them after asking "hello". It confuses the heck out of them and I like that.

This is a collection agency.  Don't give any of your information to them. Just ignore them.

Keeps calling me every day but does not leave a message. Not sure if it is legit.

Calls but won't answer any questions unless they get personal information, address, SSN, saying they have important mail to be sent out.

Recv'd call from ERS (Everest Receivable Services)  caller id said "cell phone PA".  This is their way of tricking the consumer that it may be a private caller, they do leave a message indicating who they are.  They have a list of numbers they use usually starting with area code 267.

Yes, I just got a call because it was my area code. 267 The guy ask for a Barbara Young and just rambled. He didn't identify himself. Told him wrong #. Next time I'll ignore the call.

They called  on a business line asking for an individual who “may” be connected to this number  Advised them this is a business line. Said they will remove info from file, we will see if they do....
