Yes, these scum suckers will call your family telling them they are looking for you to collect a debt(I don't have AT&T)-which is against the law, they will call your place of work even after being told your employer does not allow this, again against the law.  Go so sick of it, I have contacted a lawyer, who says my chances of suing are pretty darn good.

They continuously call me for an account that is over 15 years old that is not mine and they can only identify the account by my address which anyone can lookup my name and address on the Internet. They can't tell me when it was opened or closed and all they want is for me to verbally make a payment arrangement on a recorded line.

Daily calls. Don't recognize the number and don't answer.

I get calls from this number once sometimes twice a day. I dont answer it since I have no idea who it is. they never leave a voice message to identify themselves

Number calls my phone about 5-6 times a day never leaves message.
