This person calls my number 3 times a day.Asking the I own a bill and how much can I pay monthly.I had people who do this all the time came to know they are scammers trying to on take others for a fool.

This number keeps calling - doesn't talk...

This number calls 5 times a day never leaves a message

This number claims to be a company called Diversified Consultants.  They are a collection agency allegedly working for verizon collecting a past debt.  I asked them to send me an itemized bill but as of yet,  I have not received this bill. If they are scammers I can't say. I believe they may be.

Scammers making robo calls?  Most certainly!

Stop calling unless you identify yourself!

This company claim to be Disability Justice. They speak very softly.  Never really say what they want.
