This number called one of my phones while I was talking on another phone with a friend. She got the same number dialing her on the phone she was using while talking to me. Neither one of us answered the call. So who ever is using this  number is able to make multiple calls at the same time. Just kind of weird that this number called each of us at the same time.

This is true. I was the friend.

Called my phone - no message - don't recognize number and did not answer.

Just got a call that showed up on the caller I.D. as Pennsylvania Call and the number.  I left it go for our recorded message and it disconnected immediately.  It isn't the first one lately that we've gotten only identified as Pennsylvania Call, but it's not the same number we'd been getting.  I've been told that they can "change" the number that shows on the I.D.  Unfortunately I have friends with cell numbers that don't show their names and I never know..............gripes me no end.

We just received a call from this number, 8:15 (EST), from out of area. The machine picked up and the hung up. I can't believe the efforts people go to to annoy/scam other people.

It's someplace called Civic Innovation???

They said press 9 to be added to their do not call list so it's obviously some type of solicitation.

Same thing here.  Called just before 8:00 est, let it go to VM, left no message.  Caller ID said Southamptom.

I just received a call from this # also. It reads Southampton on my caller ID - I answered and kept saying hello - I hung up

Just got a call which I did not answer and it went to the machine.  The recording started in on some lengthy survey (which they prefaced by saying they are NOT looking for donations, sure). The questions went on, as if I was actually on the line responding, so I picked up and hung up on it eventually.

The survey seemed to have to do with TV, cable, FIOS, etc.

I am on the "Do Not Call" government list. Could they be selling my number? Hmmm!

I answered they want me to take a survey about TV service do I have cable or !!! and I hung up

Often when you get a credit card, if you read all of the info that comes along with the card, you will see that by using the card you agree to be contacted by their affiliates.  This is why the DNC list is a joke.  We ALL have credit cards so we will all continue to get these annoying calls.
