called 8/2/16. 12:12 PM we did not pick up and no message left!

3 rings, will not answer unidentified calls, they hung up.

no message left. ID said "Costantine, Michigan"

Caller ID says Michigan Call. I answered. No one there! Blocked now.

Cid picked up no message blocked number I feel like I have a landline phone for the benefit of the scammers. Going to have landline disconnected.

Caller ID said Constantine, MI.  Where is that? I did not answer.

two rings and hang up. . must be checking to see if the number is still in service. . .No matter. . blocked now and still have 1200 more slots to block. . . One press and the big red button swallows them. . .bwaaaaahaaaaaa

Hangs up when you answer

This number called me a few minutes ago. After I said, "Hello," a couple of times, I was disconnected.

He said that Consumers Energy had a program to help lower bills. He claims we voted for something. I do not recall voting for this. I told him not interested and he asked why not. I told him I do not reply to calls that come with unknown name and an out of state area code. I told him to send a letter to me regarding this. He put his manager on and he was told the same thing. The number is 269-433-0324

They said they are from Michigan gas utilities and if I go with them I can save 20% every month. I said send me info they got mad and hung up

Called Today. Did not pick up. Now on my blocked call list.
