Call 2x left no message = call id said "Customer Service".   Ret'd call via cell phone & recorded message said they only accept calls from "land lines"

Got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message but as I was reading this message, they called again and I answred it is from VISTA Services trying to tell me I had won free gasoline and of course all I had to do was agree for them to send me subscriptions to something that I could cancel with no obligation within the first month and keep the gas.  It was a result of ording something from an infomercial and them getting my phone number that way.  I declined because I know how hard it is to ever cancel anythhing.
