Just got a call... "This is not a sales call..." then I hung up

I got a missed call from them.  I tried to return the call, but it would not connect.

Got a call today. Did not leave a voice message. Maybe scammers.

On caller ID: Kalamazoo, Michigan, no message left.

Recorded message for a free alarm system.

When you answer, this number begins playing a recorded message that opens with "This is not a sales call" and offers a free home security system.

Ahmed or Habib called asking about my alarm system, telling me I could get 20% off my home owner's insurance.  He handed me off someone else who was a "specialist" and confirmed that I had ADT but it was not active.  After his sales pitch I asked the cost to which he replied that it was much cheaper than ADT.  I told him Habib said I could get 20% off my home owner's insurance to which he replied "EXCUSE ME".  I repeated and he said the other guy doesn't know what he was talking about, it was 'up to' 20% off.  He quoted me $55/month for the service to which I replied that is $660/year.  I told him I was going to check with my insurance company, and asked him to provide me with his phone number.  He hung up.

Did not answer and a message was left about security system.
Deleted message.

The Mr. Number app took care o' this annoyance quick an' fast.

ever since I signed up on the do not call list I receive this and several other unwanted calls.

These bums called my TRACFONE!!   So glad I didn't pick up.  The nerve of these cretins, calling my pay-by-the-minute cellphone!!

Your name and information is being sold to these scam artists.  A HUGE seller of peoples information is a company up in New England.  Google "Mike Lillibridge MMJ Promotions"  see how many consumer complaints are against him/his company, call him at 207-256-0554 and tell him to stop.  Then call your local authorities and make them aware.

Getting BS calls about a security system.  These calls have hit multiple users on our phone system today.

The same calls hit us earlier this week from 770-831-5830

Same number called me from Kalamazoo Michigan, I did not answer.  I see they have been making the rounds!

Got called, but didn't answer because I was at work.  Didn't leave a message.  I choose to ignore it.
