Yea I just filed a complant with donotcall.gov I think we should all do this maybe after alot of complants the FCC will do somthing. The guy I talked to said he was calling from Phoenix ha ha yea right.

If you got a business licence from the state of washington, the state sold you out to make a couple bucks. I personally think they should be held legally responsible for violation of privacy, but well see. In the mean time, this is just another scumball wasting your minutes to try to sell you space in the phonebook which is an outdated information source anyway.

As soon as I filed for a Wa state buiss licence I started getting these calls.
Verry anoying, they try to go on for ever with there speal about
updating your info for the super pages. It just goes on and on
untill you ask "How much is this going to cost me" Then more bla bla bla
this add can help your buiss, blah blah bla.
As the other post stated I think Wa state sold us out or somone found out
how to get our info and is having a great time trying to scam people.

Please be aware that this a telemarketer with a Michigan area code. The telephone number is 269-768-2102. When you call the number back, the recording states that if you want to be removed from this list to indicate your number. I have done this several times and to no avail. In fact, the telemarketer has been calling me at least a dozen times a day which is very disruptive and harassing. I have registered my number with the donotcall.gov web site with the federal government.

I have done some research and the Michigan number  is connected with a Lucre, Inc. located in Bellevue, Michigan. There are also several consumer blogs on the Internet indicating that this telemarketer represents itself in a variety of ways including: car warranty company, yellow pages, superpages. They also use the name of Pacific Hub. Some consumers and businesses report that the telemarketer is pretending to renew subscriptions the consumer do not have and often the telemarketer has a very thick accent to suggest they may be calling from out of the country. Some consumers report that they can trace the call to the Philippines and when the telemarketer is confronted they just hang up. When I talked with one of the telemarketers, I asked politely for his name, the company's name and what the corporate headquarters was--he refused to give me any of this information. When I told him I was contacting the Attorney General he hung up immediately.

First of all Consumers need to fight back. Do not allow yourselves to become victimized by these scam artists. If all of us consumers stuck together and immediately reported this type of fraud we could catch these crooks in action.
First things first register all of your telephone numbers on the national Do Not Call registry:

Once you are registered, if the scam artist, telemarketer or fraudulent business calls you back then you can report them directly to the United States Government and an inveistigation will ensue. Minimally, they will face heavy fines. The more we report them the bigger the fines and it will enable our government to shut them down.

Secondly, on this particular numbr since it is registered in the state of Michigan, call, contact or write the Michigan Attonrey General. Most AG’s dislike their citizens being victimized. Again-0-the AG or even the Feds cannot do anything unless you file a formal complaint.

They called me today.  Might've called my cell directly, or my landline (which bounces to my cell).  Rang twice, by the time I answered, they'd hung-up.

After reading this list, seeing all the other folks being bothered, I suspect they are looking for computer-modems to hack.

Calls and hangs up, at least once a day, if not twice.

calling 2-3 times a day...when I pick up, there is static...does not leave a voice mail message...I am going to call my phone company to block this number...

Called my business 13 times in 5 days. ay they are "superpages.com" will not take no for answer, are using up my minutes on my business cell. Even call on Sunday, and if you say hello, they say hello, but weill say no more, the hung up when I told tehm I was reporting them as a crank call.

I get many unwanted calls from UPS, looking for the prior customer (Akkutek Imaging)formerly assigned to my phone # 909-606-2628. I have tried to resolve this issue since last March. Further more, I receive several calls & messages from customers for Akkutek Imaging, even though I clearly state on my message that this is a residence. They call two to three times a day.We finally answered the call and they said they are with the yellow pages.We told them that we are not interested.

PACIFIC HUB 269-768-2102 has been showing up on my caller ID for months without leaving a message.  I finally called them back today based on advice I found on this website and an automated voice message supposedly allowed me to be taken off their list.  We'll see.

Some man from this number called.  I asked if this was a solicitation call and he started in with profanity.  I hung up and they called back.  I am on the do not call list.  The person had identified himself as Sam Barnes.  Anyone know a guy by this name in the area of Lucre MI?  I have notified the feds.  Qwest profanity reporting office is open limited hours in the Mountain time zone.

i also got a call from them a couple of times and its aggravating!! i'm thinking of getting an attorney to file a case against them since my number is registered on the not to call number. Based on my attorney,Pacific Hub would be liable to damages amounting to $10 or $11,000 if proven guilty which is possible.

said he was from super yellow pages and online super pages ...said they want to update our information . Found out that they only want to sell ..not interested tho so i just cut him off . has called back twice today.

I tried calling the number back and simply get a fast busy signal. I will answer next time and try hitting lots of numbers and see if that works

I got a call from the number.  I always get these weird calls from different numbers.  He said he was calling me from SuperPages.  I asked what number he was calling me from and he gave me the 1-800 number for SuperPages.  I told him that since the two phone numbers didn't match, I will call SuperPages myself to update the information.  That was the end of the conversation.

I will no longer give out any information to verify anything to anyone over the phone unless I call them and I suggest everyone else do the same.
