I just tried calling it back cause they called my cell phone, and some recording came on that said "You have reached Allied Energy".  So I don't know what the crap is going on, who these people are, and why they have my cell number!  URRRGH!!!

it annoys me when callers beat around the bush for so long.  It doesn't take long to tell they have nothing really to say.

'Do you have 2 minutes for some information?" he asks?
I say 'I already have the information I need' and hung up.

Allied energy group looks like a penny stock sales company.

Automated call pitching something about natural gas and new technology; was poor quality and sounded like someone reading a press release; shouldn't these people get sued for that s**t?

Just showed up on my caller ID. I just added CID last week, now I can see who is doing the silent pause calls. How can you block them?

Keeps dialing my cell phone.Please stop calling as I advised you that I am on the do not call register.

Calls every day around the same time for 4 weeks.

Tried to get his number as the owner is out of the office and thought this man wouldn't want to keep calling back here when the owner is out and could call him.  He hung up in the middle of conversation.  We have called ID and will not be answering his calls.

Allied Energy.   They are conducting a "SURVEY" which is their lingo for "we're skirting around the Do Not Call List" looking for people who are willing to risk their money on oil and gas exploration.

Once you take this "survey" your info will then be sold as "LEADS" to every Tom, Dick and (Dirty) Harry in the small cap oil and gas exploration business.

Those people will then start calling you trying to sell you this stinky, steaming pile of "shares" in their company.

They always tout the benefits of the "Tax Advantages" of this type of investment.   Your accountant can acquaint you with another term - LOSSES.   This is what will happen to 90% of any money you invest in this stinky, steaming pile of "shares".

received call and asked for 90 seconds for a survey, I asked what about? answer: "
-save you money on taxes" I asked," are you a CPA?"
No answer and a hangup.

They call me too (as have boiler room investment firms out of New York). Something I did in the past, was to let the guy "sell me." I asked all sorts of questions about the investment. This got him excited and he asked if I was an accredited investor. I said, "Yeah, buddy. I own a damn Citation jet. Is that accredited enough for you?" Then he started throwing investment levels at me. I listened and asked more questions (about taxes, pay-out schedules, ROI, etc.). I gave him the impression I was seriously considering $100,000 to $250,000 investment. I could practically hear the slobber hit the mouth piece on his phone as he got more intense. Then I just said I was having second thoughts. The guy got really pissed and began cursing. It was pretty funny.

i've gotten several calls from these people. i stopped picking up months ago. doesn't matter to them they just keep right on calling and not leaving a message.

it would be great if being put on a "do not call list" really meant something

Allied Energy does not give up and, no matter how many times you tell them no, they continue to call. If you have ever been to the Money Show, this is where they get your name and telephone number. There are some reputable investment companies at this show, but the majority of the firms attending are high risk investments such as: penny stocks, oil drilling, rare coins, private placement securities, and precious metals.

These people called multiple times today and left no message. I finally got tired of it and answered. Some guy says I'm on an upgrade list for a home security system. I say I don't have one. He says he's transferring me to someone else, but sounded more like he just handed the phone to someone else. I can hear laughing in the background as  another guy picks up and asks why I don't have a security system. I say because I don't own my home. Before I can say anything else, he hangs up on me. Caller ID said Allied Energy Group.

Got a call from them today. They said it was 1st Kentucky Security and they were giving away free security systems. I told them we were remodeling and weren't interested right now. She gave me this number and their website when I got the remodeling done. I wrote it down to investigate the number. I won't be dealing with them.
