Calling back to back

Verizon Financial Services calling to collect prior to disrupting service

Have made prior payment arrangements with Verizon. Constantly  getting called by this number.

This UNIDENTIFIED number, 270-908-3348 called twice, but left no messages.  Upon my call back, an automated answering system stated "Thank you for calling Verizon."  Then, it instructed me to "Enter my account PIN number."  Yeah, right.  If this was Verizon, why is their number not identified as such on the caller ID?

This number really is Verizon warning of cancellation!!

I do believe it is Verizon. If they identified themselves as Verizon, more people would pick up the call but they are as shady as they come. Considering they know that people screen their calls -- especially when they are in a place where they cannot answer the call, it makes more sense to leave messages but they prefer to harass people instead, often making back to back calls. They could leave a message but don't most of the time. When they finally do leave a message or send a text and it becomes an AH-HA moment, they have already harassed their customers relentlessly. Even after making arrangements, they continue to call and this is not the number they use all the time. If they have a problem getting people to answer, they should really reassess as to why.
