Threatening call

Auto dialer threatening to take action against me at my job or home. Called by recording saying all attendants are busy. I do not recognize this company.

Most likely a scam.  Hard to tell.  Sounds like the caller is distorting his voice.  Could be located oversea.    Seems like a good idea to block these calls and ignore them.

Threatening call.  Received a call on my cell phone wanting my personal information and I wouldn't give it to her so she wouldn't tell me what the call was about.  They were demanding my social security number. Threatened some type of legal action, but wouldn't tell me what type of action they were taking.

Threatened phone calls saying they are coming to serve me at my job and house you really can't hear them that well. Called house phone.

Very aggressive phone call from "Richard Gregory" saying that I owed money from a 2009 internet loan of 350. He provided a false bank account number that recieved the money.(later verified with the istitution) The company name given was Pre trial and the company that the "loan" came from was the Titan Group(I could find no loan companies by that name). Very persistant and invasive. I contacted Legal Shield and they verified this as a scam.

Total scam.  No legitimate process server notifies you in advance they are coming by.  Ignore and block the calls.

Received a call asking me to call back with reference number.  Asked to speak to my husband or attorney.  Threatened to come to my husband's place of work. When I call back I get no answer.  Received another call and they wanted to verify the last 4 of SSN.  When I said no, they hung up on me.

Also said they represented JVC processing.

Very aggressive , threatening and wouldn't return my call.

Total scam...trying to get personal information....

Called house phone saying myself my lawyer need to call

continue to call my house at least twice a week for a couple of months.  Figured it was some scam but hoped to talk to someone and tell them not to bother us  anymore.  But "all representatives are busy"  is the only response I ever get.  They threaten that if we don't respond they will serve me at my home or business

The lady name was Crystal Kelly so she say that was her name, she asked me to verify some information because she was a process server and need to verify information, I asked her what this was in reference to she stated she could not say until she get verification on the information first, I then told her I would not verify no information if I don't know why I was verifying it for, but to top it off they had called and  left a message on another person phone so happen this individual knew me and contacted me telling me what they had said about they were a process server company and was looking for me that I need to get in touch with them within the next 48 hours or they would have me served with papers of charges that were filed against me.  Now you can't give me information but you can call other people home and leave a message like that, how would you know if these people know me to leave a message like that.  I told the lady I would have my attorney call and they could explain to him what this was all about, then she said we will not be able to discuss it with him unless he could verify your personal information, I then stated if he is my attorney apparently as an attorney he would know exactly what he would have to do to get whatever information you would have.  I then asked her to give me a number where he has to call she gave me this number 318-417-7411, but the number she called me from was totally different, so why would he have to call a different number and you calling from a different number, she said because we service a lot of areas in different states, I told her well why not have a 800 number to call on, so the number she called me from was 276-243-2811.  It is time something be done to people doing these things to people, I pity the poor elderly people that would have no understanding as to what is going on.

Called and left a message to call a claims agent at this number.  Never heard of them.

Just had this happen to me today same exact thing happened. I told them straight up that I thought they were a scam.

Called my 86 year old mother-in-law and threatened her if I didn't return call would file paperwork on me.  I'm so sick of this crap.

They have called me all day wanting my info, but I won't give it to them. Not sure who they are.

These people have NEVER called me but are calling my family asking for me by a name I no longer use. When I called the number the asked me for more information I let her know I looked up the number and it says it is a scam. She threatened me.
