I got the same call today from this jerk. Beware they call from different numbers.  I verified my information to the so called investigator. He told me that I had an outstanding payday loan that I knew nothing about. That really set the guy off. When I told him that I wanted proof that the debt was mine he started yelling and screaming that he was going to call my friends and family. I hung up on him and he called me back asking for my ex husbands father. He them told me that he was going to tell my family that I am a liar and a cheater. WTF!! I also spoke to the so called attorney and he said that I was going to be arrested. For what!! He called me 3   times in a row. After I told him that I was going to the police he stopped. This is for check and go.

This caller is a scam and a fraud.  Claims I owe money for loan never taken.  Give them no information.  They will call neighbors and family.  Scam!!! Scam!!

I got a message on my landline that I did not give to anyone not even my family because I mostly use my cell. I only use the landline for business and it is a number from Comcast. I tell you this because many solicitors have called this number. Anyway this person that left a message said his name is Investigator, Arthur Bell and he was calling on behalf of the Attorney, Kevin Williams. He stated that there was a civil litigation case and that Delaware County had to send a summons for one of my children's arrest. He wanted me to call this number (276) 546-8390. My question was how is is possible if you are servicing a warrant for someone's arrest in Delaware County, PA but your telephone (area codes) says its from Virginia.

People really need to get a life and stop trying to get over.  What you sow is what you reap...it comes back like a boomerang. Crazy people!
