weird guy called, wanting to know about my computer.

They called twice. Both times so much background noise I could not hear. All I could make out was that Windows was reporting virus's on my computer. My computer is not registered to the number they called me on. Both males that called were ESL.

I know they are doing their job but ...when they call you saying they are from Windows and you counter with Microsoft does not call people to talk about their computers, they say we are not from microsoft..pains in my a$$ since they called at 745am on my day off! !!

Called, no message. Looks like the "windows" scammers have a new number. DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

This call was not, in my opinion, is illegal. Could not understand the woman's English. Background was overriding her. I asked how she got my number and wouldn't answer.  I hung up

With a heavy East Indian accent  the male stated they had received many 'error reports' from my computer. I informed him that was impossible and that I was aware of their scam. He argued that I wouldn't know anything about the error reports even after I informed him that I am a software developer who knows the ins and outs of the IT world. I ended up yelling at him to remove my number and do not call again as I was going to report them for calling my phone number which is on the 'Do Not Call List'. Do NOT give them any personal information, IP address, or anything!!!

Got a call today.  No answer on line.

Got a call at 8 AM saying they were with Verizon & they were getting error signals from my computer that I need to download the info that they wanted to give me etc.  There was so much loud noise in the background you couldn't hear or understand him clearly plus he had an East Indian accent .I told him that Verizon wouldn't be calling me about my computer etc. They called me back three times so I blocked the phone number.  Do not talk with these people it is a scam.

Someone from this number called us a couple of afternoons ago, and I had to keep asking him to repeat what he had said. I did get something about "your computer." There were a number of voices in his room/office, some rather loud, and I could not understand him through all the background noise.
It's none of his business if we even have a computer, and I finally just hung up.

So I get a call this morning for this number 276-812-7892
They claim that they where from Microsoft and that my Windows computer is leaking Personal Information out onto the internet.
I recognize this as a scam right off the bat!!!
So I proceed to ask them why My Mac Pro Computer, that is Running Redhat Linux is reporting to Microsoft?

The Silence was Golden.

Got a call this morning at 9:21am, and they just listened to my voice and hung up.

I got a call from this number at 7:30 am! I work late and was sleeping hard, and the blaring phone scared the heck out of me. I usually don't answer unknown numbers, but I was so disoriented I picked up the phone, Thinking it was some kind of an emergency. I said hello a couple of times, and this is where it gets weird. An automated voice informs me that, "You are the only one in this room of the conference call.".  The phone then disconnected. I have caller ID, and by then I was wide awake and not the happiest person in the world, so I called the number back and got a message that there was no such number available. I felt like I had taken a short trip to The Twilight Zone or something...Very glad to read others have had calls from the number that were a bit more normal. I hope they don't call me again.

This person has called me for times in the last three days.  I have requested they remove me from there list but they have continued to call

I hate these calls! Everyday! # no good when I call it. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

This person is trying to get me to fix my computer for $200.00

Heavy Indian accent with a lot of background noise. Told me my computer was corrupt. I asked which one and said I have 8 computers, He said it did not matter. I told him I thought this was a scam and he began saying very sexual things to me. He requested oral sex from me, described his sex organs and then asked me if I would enjoy a candle light dinner, I had put my phone on speaker phone so my daughter could hear (she's an adult) because I thought no one would believe this if I told them, The strangest call I have ever received and I think I will install a recording device on my phone because I get way too many calls and they are now bordering on insanity.

Some guy with foreign accent, that I could not understand, called at 7:35 am MDT.  I am retired and do not appreciate early calls, especially this type.  When I said that I could not understand him, he hung up.  This is not the first time I have received this type of call.  I don't know what this call was about, but the others were about wanting to fix my computer. For those reading this (if you do), please do not give these people the time of day....they are scammers.
