need to know who this is

Got a call from 281-305-0043. A girl named Crystal left a message. She did not say who she was with. I scoured the internet with no results at all. So I called the number. All I got was a recording saying "Wait while we connect you..." instead of informing me of who it is I am calling. It would have been nice if they had used something like "Thank you for calling company X please wait while we connect you" so I don't get blindsided when they answer.

I think bill collector or scammer - whoever it is they seem sketchy. They constantly call but always leave a vague message.

I get this number as well. Always a message to call Crystal. Never identified who or what she is but acts like " hi, you know her and hey just call me back"  
She never discloses  that she is a collector or what company.
Maybe someone will get the answer.
