I also got one ring and hung up, I called back and it rang 4 times and they avoided the call, called a second time and there was a busy signal...wtf...there has to be something going on...its not a coincidence that it has already happened to 2 people...

Called my cellphone and did not leave any message. Strange since only friends have my cell number & I do not give it out to anyone else. I live in central Indiana. Whoever this IDIOT is must be calling blocks of numbers for some unknown reason... If the local police & prosecutor don't stop with this idiot for harassing people with unwanted calls and violating the "Do Not Call" lists, maybe someone local to where this idiot lives can deal with them physically...and give them a few thumps & bumps, then maybe they will get the message. The physical message can be repeated stronger if they do not learn to stop calling people. Violating the "Do Not Call" lists doesn't stop them. Action has to be taken.

This telemarketer lives in Bammel, Texas on the north side of Houston on Western Skies Drive in a nice single family house valued at $123,000. The person is single male, African-American, high-school education.

Also have a number rooted in northern/central indiana and missed a phone call from this mysterious joker today...not sure who it is or how they got my number.

I just called back and the message I got was from the United States Prescription Card. I am not sure what that means.
