Call claiming to connect you to "addiction advisors" (after verifying you have medical insurance). When you call the number back, there is an automated response that the call is being recorded, then pre-recorded segments to how you respond (it could be either gender running "Steve", even trunked over VOIP for lower working costs). The eventual human denied knowledge of the automated referral, saying that they operated "across the United States", but still providing no answers to my questions, and wanted to end the call.

I got a call from an actual human, but as with the report above, he wouldn't answer any questions about how they acquired my number for their "list of phone numbers of people who might be interested in addiction relief if it is covered by their insurance, which could cover up to $30,000 in costs." When I asked how my number got on the list, he repeated that he has "a list of numbers for people who may be interested in addiction relief." I asked who provides them with these lists; he ignored the question. I said, "excuse me, but I have a right to know who is legally allowed to give someone's number to a group like yours." His reply? "Well excuse ME, we won't be calling you again." Click.

And another call from the same number, left unanswered...

Received a pre - recorded call from this number. Recorded message from Steve asking if I could hear him. I added it to my reject list. I am on a Do Not Call registry, for what good that does me. Sick and tired of these kind of calls.

"Steve", asking if I could hear him. Said he was calling people who might be interested in "addiction advisory services." Asked if I was interested, when I said no, he asked me to repeat myself. I told him to remove me from his calling list, then promptly blocked him on my phone.

Dead air, the "addiction advisors" don't want to speak with me today...

But they called again...

Same info as above. I've tried to remove my number but I keep getting calls. It doesn't matter if I listen to it and go through the process of trying to remove my number or just let the call go to voicemail. They just keep calling!! I've received another one from a similar number about Senior Health Care - I'm definitely NOT a senior.

I also received a call today.  Check your cell phone carrier.  I have Verizon service. I can go in an block up to 5 numbers for 90 days (and it's free) Yipeee!

You realize that's illegal right, if you asked them to put you on a no call list and they call again, that harassment

Called and no talk no asking . Called it back it just played piano music. I don't have time to play phone games . I am a disabled person who can't keep answering phone to people who can't even speak when spoken to and just play music when you call them to stop calling. 2times they called each time caused me pain when moving to answer phone .
